Depending on your location, the process can take up to three weeks. Once you request an estimate, we will come within seven days. If you decide to use our services, once you mail/fax/email your signed contract back to us and the 50% deposit, we will arrange for our workers to come within another seven days to remove your bamboo. For customers outside of New York state, please allow an extra seven days for your estimate.
